Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: If you send us a drawing that is fully dimensioned, in metric, ready to go to the factory, your order will ship within 15 business days.

Q: What if I need you to engineer my drawing?
A: You can send us a hand drawing from which we will produce an engineered file that will go to the factory, or you can send us a sample from which we can engineer your drawing. For full details, click here.

Q.: Do you offer net 30 terms?
A: For the convenience of repeat customers, net 30 terms are available upon approval of credit reference. E-mail or call us for credit application.

Q: What else do you sell?
A: We sell only custom carbide router bits and shaper cutters.

Q: How can you have set prices for custom tooling?
A: Material and labor costs simply do not vary greatly from one custom cutter to the next. Why should you get charged more?

Q: Can I have a ball bearing guide on the router bit?
A: Yes, there is no additional charge for ball bearing guides.

Q: What type of ball bearings do you use?
A: NSK brand or the equivalent.

Q: Are the steel bodies cast or machined?
A: All cutters are machined on CNC lathes. No cast bodies are used. Computer controlled equipment allows us to machine cutter bodies to tolerances of .0005 of an inch. Tools are precision balanced.

Q: What type of carbide is used?
A: The carbide is made in Sweden by Sandvik. It is micro-grain C3 grade.

Q: What type of steel is used?
A: Steel is AISI 1045.
